In years 11 and 12 the College has implemented the Department of Education’s Entitlement Framework which guarantees pupils access to courses in all major areas of the curriculum (24 courses). Pupils within the College can choose from a comprehensive list of subjects which includes (i) academic subjects, (ii) applied subjects and (iii) a combination of academic and applied subjects. The College now offers to a number of pupils a vocational curriculum which provides a mixture of the traditional, essential GCSE subjects, occupational subjects and an opportunity to sample a range of work-related experiences.
